LONDON -- The transfer of operatorship of the Dunlin cluster in the northern North Sea has been completed.
Shell UK and Esso Exploration and Production each signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with the UK subsidiaries of Fairfield Energy and the Mitsubishi for their respective interests in the cluster, which comprises Dunlin, Dunlin South West, and subsea tiebacks Osprey and Merlin.
